The Cafe by Mise en Place: A Cozy Culinary Haven at Tampa International Airport

You are lucky if you leave from Fgates with high numbers as this restaurant is at the center. I had the kale salad with salmon and it was delicious! Such a nice treat of healthy food while traveling. Terece service was spot on and efficient, making sure to know if we have a tight time to eat our meal.

This is an excellent restaurant. I have been there many times for breakfast and lunch (and to drink at the bar) during my various travels. The food is always great and the service is excellent. The wait staff and bartenders are always friendly and attentive. And the managers are fabulous. You can tell that everyone is well-trained. An airport can be a stressful place, so occasionally i have seen management being forced to deal with difficult customers and they deal with them with kindness, compassion and professionalism. I would highly recommend The Cafe by Mis en Place to anyone wanting a nice meal (or drinks) while at A at Tampa Airport.

much better than the food corner here. nice comfortable seating and nice staff. prices are what you expect at an airport, but you get much bigger portions than at the food court for the same price. my club sandwich was probably 3 times the size and I paid about $25 including drink and free refills all day. spent about 3h there before my flight.

We definitely enjoyed eating here during our travels. We ordered a charcuterie and were pleasantly surprised by the size and display. Definitely great for an airport experience. Nicholas our server did an excellent job and was extremely knowledgeable on the menu, wines and super pleasant. Atmosphere is nice with relaxing music playing. Nice booths with charging stations.

Five stars. This place is a great find inside Tampa International Airport. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was fast even during a busy time. I ordered coffee and food and everything was fresh and well prepared. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, which made the wait for my flight much more enjoyable. I will definitely stop here again whenever I travel through TPA.

I was passing through Tampa Airport and sitting at the bar at Mise en Place turned out to be a wonderful surprise. Jennifer, the bartender, provided absolutely amazing service—super friendly and attentive. She made me a couple of incredible espresso martinis, some of the best I’ve ever had, and the huevos rancheros I ordered for breakfast were outstanding! The place is very pleasant and cozy, perfect for relaxing before a flight. I 100% recommend it. If you’re passing through the airport, this spot is a must-visit

This is my preferred place every time I need to take a flight on this terminal. Las time I had a small issue with my omelet, nothing really big just by the time it arrived I did not want the fries and I mentioned to the server, but just as a comment nothing else. The guy was very gentle and I really did not expected it but he told me to keep the fries and asked me what side I really wanted and that it will be at not extra cost. That was a very nice gesture of him and remind me why that place is a must every time I am at the airport. Perfect service!!!

The staff were fast and very helpful. It was acually a bit entertaining listening to them talk. They were out of pork but I got a club sandwich and it was very good. Definitely a nice spot to relax when waiting for my flight.
